Payment Options
I accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque or Money Order as payment for goods purchased. You will be given an option to select the method of payment at Checkout. For Cash payments (Store Pick-Up ONLY), please select Cheque/Money Order.
Credit Card Payments (Paypal)
I accept credit card payments from Visa and MasterCard which are processed through the Paypal service. This is an encrypted server done by a third party, which allows complete privacy of your transactions. Please select the Paypal option during checkout to pay by credit card.
Direct Deposit
I accept direct deposit payments into the ScrapBoutique Westpac Bank Account. Banking Details will be provided in your Order Confirmation email. Please be aware that Internet Bank Transfers can take one to two working days to appear in my account. Your order will be packed and ready to go as soon as your payment shows in my account.

Bank Cheques and Money Orders
We accept bank cheques and money orders, made out to ScrapBoutique, as payment. Simply select this option when you are completing your order and we will send payment information via email once you have placed your order. Please remember to allow 2-5 working days for us to receive your bank cheques/money order, and then another 5 working days for it to be cleared through our bank account. Your goods will be sent as soon as the cheque/money order clears.

*When you are paying by direct deposit, bank cheque or money order, please be aware that goods are not shipped until the funds have been fully received. If we have not received the payment within 5 working days of placing the order we will send you a friendly reminder via email. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, your order will be cancelled, and the products placed back into the shop.
Postage Fees
Orders are sent via Australia Post with a flat fee of $7.00 applying to all orders within Australia. This rate is heavily subsidised by ScrapBoutique.
Registered post is available for an additional charge of $2.90. If you wish to use this service please select this “registered post” option when completing your order. This means that your order is insured against loss or damage in transit, and can be tracked. Please note that Registered Post is not quicker than regular post.
If you wish for an order to be Express Posted, Please contact me, and I can arrange that for you. Express Post 3kg Satchels (these fit 12x12 size items) cost a flat rate of $16.50 to anywhere in Australia.
** Please note that bulky items such as Totes, Cuttlebug Machines, some storage items, and multiple albums will attract an additional postage fee. You will be contacted before delivery with the details.
International Shipping is also available. Please email me if you require a shipping quote. Postage costs to New Zealand have been reduced. Postage cost for NZ orders up to $60au is now $10au. Orders over $60 are now $15 au postage.
Delivery Details
Once your payment is received, my aim is for a 24-48 hour turnaround of receiving, packaging and posting your order. If for some reason I am unable to post your order within this time frame (eg. Sale times or extremely busy periods), you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Delivery times may vary according to the efficiency of courier services. Extreme care is taken when packaging your order, however as we cannot be held responsible for orders once they are with Australia Post, I recommend that you select to have your order sent via Registered Mail. This way your parcel can be tracked and items are insured for up to $100 against damage or loss.
At ScrapBoutique I wish to maintain a good reputation among our customers by only offering in stock products. I make every effort to keep the website up to date on stock quantities. All items available on the ScrapBoutique website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, unless otherwise stated. Items are not backordered. However, in the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable at the time of processing, I will either contact you by email before the order is packed, giving you the option to choose a replacement item or put a refund in with your parcel.
Refunds and Returns
If you are not completely happy with your order notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the situation. I am happy to issue a refund or exchange any product that is faulty. Where possible, please keep product in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns and replacements. Damaged parcels should be reported to Australia Post who will provide a claim form upon request.
Refunds or Exchanges will NOT be given for a 'Change of Mind'.
