We use a Premium Air Shipping service, so that Orders to Metro areas and some major Regional centres should be received the next business day After Dispatch from the Boutique. This service may take 2-3 business days to some other areas Australia wide.
Courier Shipping is a no signature required service*. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address ScrapBoutique takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery and you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing our Signed Delivery (signature required) option.
Orders with a PO Box or Parcel Collect/Locker as the shipping address will ship with Australia Post regardless of shipping option chosen at checkout. Standard Parcel Post delivery times will apply.

‘Signed Delivery’ orders should be received within 1-3 business days after departing ScrapBoutique . This is an Express service. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected (eg. Post Office). This information can also be viewed by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. ScrapBoutique is charged an extra $8 by the Courier for ‘carded’ parcels, hence the higher price.

BULKY ITEM DELIVERY

Bulky items can include Large Storage Items, multiple Albums, some Tools etc. Most of our Bulky items are shipped to you for our standard shipping cost, however some Bulky items (greater than 5kg satchel in size or weight) can attract higher shipping fees starting from $17.95. These shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the order and any shipping charges required will be reflected during checkout. Occasionally we may contact you to discuss best shipping service for you.
Estimated delivery time for bulky orders is 1-7 days (can be 7-14 days for very rural areas). We try to always use the most economical service for customers for Bulky Parcels.

Note – Extreme care is taken when packaging your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders once they are with the shipping company. REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you find an error in your order, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the situation.
Faulty Items can only be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers who wait more than 30 days to notify us of faulty items, should contact the manufacturer directly. Where possible, please keep product in original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns and replacements.
Damaged parcels should be reported to shipping provider who will provide a claim form upon request. Refunds will NOT be given for a ‘Change of Mind’.
